Wow, that is a thinker question that has no real answer, but anyone could have a hunch that a huge percentage of court cases are due to liberalism. I would say they are also due to the secularization of our society. I think there are some good books about that out there. I'll research and get back at ya.... (I have not read these, but they look very interesting)

*A Rumor of Angels (1969), Peter L. Berger

*Why Conservative Churches Are Growing, Dean Kelley

*Judicial Power and American Character: Censoring Ourselves in an Anxious Age. By Robert F. Nagel

*The World's Last Night and Other Essays, C.S. Lewis

*God In The Dock, C. S. Lewis

These are just a few I found that look really interesting. These authors show why a lack of values may cause a nation to fail from the inside out.
Fox is a prime example of the hypocrites who agree with you and makes statements like this.

They sued in federal court to uphold their right to lie in the news programs they say are fair and balanced.

In February 2003, a Florida Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with an assertion by FOX News that there is no rule against distorting or

falsifying the news in the United States.
The Bible Belt South has the lowest graduation rates and the highest number of teenage births. Crystal Meth use is highest in rural areas. In the book Freakonomics, the economists discovered that the massive drop in crime in the 90's coincided with Roe v Wade. So in that context, it looks more like the conservative pro-life mindset bears more responsibility for much of the crime we have today.
Very few. Most of them are because people shouldn't be married or because children were born out of wedlock. I don't see how that relates to liberalism, as conservatives have shown they aren't so morally righteous.
Three. Glad I could help.
The link doesn't say. Sorry you couldn't read it yourself.
