What is the best way to send CD's over the mail without their plastic cases?

using those bubbly envelopes? What is the best way to send CD's over the mail without their plastic cases?
I take a manila folder and cut it down to fit the disc. Then I just wrote the address on the mailer. Worked great. 58 cents of postage (41 + 17 for the square shape and that it does not bend easily).

Any rigid material should be fine.

I also like to use paper sleeves to protect the disc in the mail. They are very inexpensive (about 1 cent each). What is the best way to send CD's over the mail without their plastic cases?
Staples has a bunch of stuff:

Number 0 Bubble Mailers work best!
just put it in wax paper and then in an envelope, thats what netflix does, staple the envelope so the disk doesn't flop around in there
Try a card case inside the bubble bag - just in case postie decides to park his van on it in transit!
