Here is the most 'interesting' since it is the most current judicial approach to the issue:


Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey, 505 U.S. 833 (1992). That case upheld the constitutionally of many aspects of the issue, changed the trimester approach to pre-viability/post-viability approach, and discussed various other issues implicated by the issue.
