I agree with the above two answers to the extent they say stop looking for a pro bono attorney. Most of the people in here seeking an attorney want one to work for them for free. Do these same people seem to think that car dealers ought to give them cars for free, that they ought to be able to buy their cigarettes for free, etc.?

you won't find one any where that deals with those cases pro bono. If you want to file a claim then you can find plenty that will take a contingency fee.

You don't have to have a pro bono lawyer. Any lawyer will take the case on a contingency basis if you have a good case against somebody with deep pockets (i.e., they have insurance or a lot of money to pay the judgement). Good luck.
