Most family law cases are handled in closed court and are done under seal. This includes divorce, child custody, etc. However, not all ';private matters'; are closed. A rape case or child molestation is the best example of where the Courts have decided the defendants rights to a public trial outweigh any privacy interest of the victim.How Private/Family Matter Court Cases Are Held?
Private family court cases..are closed cases..only the parties involved..the lawyers..judge/staff are in attendance
